Oops

I guess Publii doesn't sync your website if you have an older version on a different computer, thus when I pressed "sync" last week it deleted two of the posts I made with my laptop. Publii's solution is to use dropbox as a remote drive that syncronizes between computers. Personally I hate relying on 3rd party services for anything these days, which is why I am paying for my own hosting and URL instead of another service.

Publii's other downside is that it seems the more posts I make the more operations it has to do in order to upload a post. What if I reach thousands of posts and it takes 30 minutes to post? Augh, well I guess if I get to that point I'll think of something else.

My life has been hell chaos for the last month and a half, so returning to creative works has been largley on the backburner. I tried poking at a few things during my weeklong vacation, but couldn't really maintain enought focus to keep going.

meanwhile i have been collecting blogs and various RSS feeds, and its nice to just sit for a few minutes and catch up on people's posts in a managable matter.  As opposed to Social media which is an endless deluge of content.
